YES! Reservations are required. Due to fluctuating hours during the current health crisis you MUST book in advance as changing hours of operation or insufficient staffing levels may make it impossible to accommodate walk-in customers.

Walk-ins will likely be turned away due to lack of availability as time slots may not be available upon arrival.
Our games are designed to be hard and fewer than 2 in 5 groups escape. To determine which are the easiest or most difficult please click the ‘Book Now’ button to view themes and their difficulty levels.
Some of our themes may require participants to complete parts of the game by crawling or kneeling down on their knees. If you have physical limitations please contact us before booking. Or, let your Game Master know when you arrive prior to entering any of our four immersive experiences.
Odyssey Escape Game is great for corporate team-building events! An escape game teaches people to communicate on a level not found in a traditional office environment. The standard price is $28 but can vary depending on the number of guests as we do offer discounts and group rates. We offer group packages that include a conference room, a comfy lounge, and a fully stocked kitchen. Birthday Parties are great at Odyssey Escape Game! We offer 3 themes that are kid-friendly as well as a large conference center, (with max seating for 8 in Alpharetta and 10 in Schaumburg), and a kitchen area, (with additional seating for 8 in Alpharetta and 4 in Schaumburg); these accommodations cost $25 per half hour; reservations are required. Price includes: Iced Tea, Lemonade, bottled water, plates, cups, napkins, and plasticware. Unfortunately we only have one conference room so this accommodation is first come, first serve.
Also, please be aware that should you want a private experience you must book the entire game, (see participant capacity by room). You’ll want to ensure that there are are no strangers in the room with your party guests. Lastly, if there is anyone in the game younger than 13 years old an Odyssey Escape Game Game Master will be in the theme for the entirety of the game to support younger players.
IMPORTANT – If your party has booked the entire experience then the members of your party, who are arriving late, will be escorted to the game that has already started. However, if you did not book a private experience and there are other groups in your experience, your late arrivals may be turned away. Our goal is not to upset the flow of the experience by late-comers entering the game.
You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. Safety rules and game objectives need to be conveyed and that can take several minutes. Much like a movie, the show will go on with or without you. If you are part of a larger group you will be entered into the game up to 5 minutes after its start but after that you may not be allowed to join the experience while in progress. Our goal is not to upset the flow of the game for those participants who arrived on time.
We understand that life happens and that something could possibly prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to keep your reservation we will gladly refund the amount you paid only if you request a refund with at least a 24 hours notice. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment and request a change inside of 24 hours we can only reschedule your appointment to another date and time of your choice providing it is NOT the same calendar day unless scheduling permits. After the first rescheduling, no refunds will be given. Please reference the ‘Booking’ change button at the bottom of your confirmation email.

Unfortunately we do not. However, there are some great restaurants within 1-2 miles of our location. We do offer you the option of catering in as we have a conference room and break room that double as party rooms. We offer FREE bottled water, Iced Tea, Lemonade, coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea. Call to discuss these and other amenities that we offer our guests who book an entire experience.
Occupancy varies by theme. Generally, game participation levels range between 8-12. Please view the ‘Escape Games’ page to see themes and maximum occupancy levels. Important note: a minimum of two players is required per game and individual players will not be permitted to enter into a game unless there is at least one other participant.
We’d very much like to protect the intellectual property of our games. Photographs and video recordings are prohibited during the game. We don’t want to spoil anything for players who haven’t expereinced an Odyssey Escape Game. We would be very dissappointed if our game layouts and puzzle answers became public.
However, we will take pictures of your group after the experience both in and outside of the actual experience. Thanks in advance for understanding this delicate subject.
Pandemic Policy: We will gladly give you a private experience if you call to book. This policy will stay in effect until the current health crisis has passed. We want you to know that we take your health, safety and privacy very seriously at Odyssey Escape Game.
Normal Policy: Our goal is to fill every spot in a scheduled game so that the experience is fully captured. Empty spots in a game will be filled by other people who may not be a part of your group. Much like buying an airline ticket, a ticket to a movie, a seat at an hibachi grill, or riding a roller coaster, you’ll likely be sharing space with others who will be working collaboratively with you and others. It’s just like going to the movies…only you’re in the movie playing a role with others!
If you would like to have the Escape Experience all to yourself, you will need to book a simple majority of the experience to ensure your group of a private game. Note: you must still pay for each participant that plays the game. Prison & Ripper = 5 tickets to ensure a private experience; Titanic = 7 tickets; Inferno = 6 tickets.
We will be happy to issue you a full refund as long as you provide us with a 24 hour notice of cancellation. If you are unable to keep your scheduled reservation and don’t provide us with a 24 hour notice we will happily reschedule your game to a date/time of your choice, providing that it is at least 24 hours after your original scheduled booking. Call if you have questions about this policy.
For those groups that have up to 3 participants not show up, but the scheduled game is still played, as a courtesy, we will gladly refund up to but no more than 3 tickets. However, if an individual or company books multiple games and a whole game is cancelled due to a large amount of no-shows we cannot refund a full game experience unless provided with a 24 hour notice. This is due to the need to add additional staff members to our schedule to cover the schedule games. Additionally, we would be unable to offer your cancelled time slot to other interested persons, groups or parties.

Games must be booked at least 15 minutes in advance or re-scheduled 24 hours in advance. We require you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to fill out our waiver and to ensure you get the full one hour experience.

An Escape Game is a live-action, dramatically themed experience where players collaborate to solve puzzles, crack codes, unlock locks, and solve a number of objectives in an effort to achieve the game’s end goal…..escaping! You and your co-workers or friends/family are placed into a multi-room experience in an effort to ultimately ESCAPE! Along the way you’re going to willingly put down your electronic devices and work together in a team driven environment that will test your wits and challenge your mental capacity, (far more mental than physical).
