We understand that life happens and that something could prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment.  If you are unable to keep your reservation we will gladly refund the amount you paid providing you give us a 24-hour notice of cancelation.  If you cannot make your scheduled appointment and request a change inside of 24 hours, we can only reschedule you for the same day providing there is a game available for you to play. If not, DON’T WORRY, you won’t lose your booking. You can simply schedule for a day/time that works for you. And we’ll help you reschedule.

After the first rescheduling, no refunds will be given. Please reference the ‘Booking’ change button at the bottom of your confirmation email.
