You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. Safety rules and game objectives need to be conveyed and that can take several minutes.  Much like a movie, the show will go on with or without you.  If you are part of a larger group you will be entered into the game up to 5 minutes after its start but after that you may not be allowed to join the experience while in progress.  Our goal is not to upset the flow of the game for those participants who arrived on time.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you cannot make your scheduled game, we will allow you to reschedule for a future date/time, but for NOT reschedule for a game that occurs on the same date as your booking. This is prohibited because you will have in effect, paid for one game, but been given two timeslots. This prevents us from booking out the second timeslot to other customers.
